Colour orders are from the centre out. Make sure you put the colours in the correct order.
5-ply, 250-500g = up to 5 colours; 8-ply, up to 7 colours. There is no glitter listing for the 8-ply cakes. If 5 dropdowns are not displayed for 250g, switch from another weight and back.
5-ply is sport weight and 8-ply is DK.
